6 weeks Coaching

A 6-week coaching program with a workbook. You will get your own paperback copy of the “Make Fitness A Priority: How to get out of your own way” workbook. You will have 6 live coaching sessions over 6 weeks. Each session will have a lesson on Mindset, Nutrition, and Training. You will learn how to evaluate yourself at the end of each week using Chad's evaluation process. Based on your evaluation you will get extra coaching feedback to help set yourself up for success for the next week.

12 weeks online training

Along with this program you will get a 12-week online training program. You will pick a fitness path that fits you best: No Excuses, Home Body, Gym Rat, Strength & Shred, Max Muscle, or Customized (The Customized option raises the cost of the program). You will pick what fitness level you want your program to be (Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced), and the amount of workouts you want assigned each week.
