Throughout my life, I've worn many hats: student, teacher, athlete, and coach. Each of these experiences has shaped me into the fitness professional I am today. I’ve learned valuable lessons from my own journey as an athlete and personal training client, and I remain a passionate student of fitness and nutrition, always eager to expand my knowledge.
